We value transparency and consistency in our pricing. Please review our current discount and voucher policies below.
Special Discounts
- Demographic Discount: Military, police, firefighters, and government procurement are eligible for 3% off with valid proof.
- Trade-up Program: Upgrade from your old machine and receive 3% off upfront + 3% rebate after sharing a testimonial video.
- Exhibition Discount: Special discounts up to 5% are available on-site during exhibitions. Selected demo units may receive up to 10% off.
- Holiday Promotions: During official holiday sales, special promotional pricing will apply. Additional discounts or coupons cannot be combined.
Automated Offers
- Abandoned Cart Recovery: Customers who leave items in their cart may receive follow-up reminder emails. Limited-time discount codes may be offered during this process.
Membership Coupons
- Available to members with an active account.
- Minimum spending requirements apply.
- Coupon value cannot exceed 10% of the order total.
- One coupon per order.
Cash Vouchers
- Issued through special promotions, events, or activities.
- May be applied as cash credit up to 50% of the order total.
- One voucher per order.
General Rules
- Discounts, coupons, and vouchers cannot be combined.
- Discounts apply to product price only (excludes tax, shipping, and additional services).
- Refunds will not reinstate or return discounts, coupons, or vouchers.
- Coupons and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- The company reserves the right to adjust or update this policy at any time.
