Pre-Order & Backorder Policy

At OneLaser, we strive to offer the latest innovations and in-demand products through both pre-orders and backorders. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are for upcoming or unreleased products currently in development or production. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a unit in advance.

Timeframe & Delivery:

  • Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates only and are subject to change.
  • Actual delivery depends on factors such as R&D progress, component sourcing, manufacturing capacity, and shipping logistics.
  • Due to the nature of innovation and production complexity, pre-order timelines may be indefinite.
  • We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, but the product will be launched and fulfilled as soon as it is ready.

Important Notes:

  • Pre-orders are non-cancellable once production begins or once the unit is allocated to your order.
  • If you need to cancel before fulfillment begins, please contact us as early as possible.
  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase to reserve your place in the queue.

Backorder Policy

Backorders apply to temporarily out-of-stock items that are currently in production or awaiting restock.

Estimated Restock Time:

  • Backorder fulfillment typically takes 2 to 10 weeks, depending on the product, manufacturing cycles, and shipping conditions.
  • We will do our best to provide updates and estimated shipping windows as inventory becomes available.

Reservation:

  • Your order reserves inventory from our incoming production batch.
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

General Terms for Both Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • By placing a pre-order or backorder, you acknowledge and agree to the timelines and uncertainties outlined above.
  • We recommend not making time-sensitive plans (such as project deadlines or installations) based on the estimated delivery window.
  • OneLaser is not liable for delays outside our control, including supplier issues, port congestion, or international shipping disruptions.
