Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing OneLaser! We aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding our shipping rates, delivery times, and limitations.

Shipping Regions and Rates

Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States)

We offer Fixed Rate Shipping for all orders shipped to the lower 48 states. This rate is designed to provide cost-effective delivery and is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment.

Fixed Rate Shipping: Unit dimensions, weight, and location are pre-calculated. However, if a larger unit requires a forklift or towing service, these additional costs will not be included in the total shipping cost. Our shipping concierge will confirm this with you, and any additional equipment rental fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Estimated Delivery Time: From the time payment is made, it typically takes a few days to prepare your order for shipment, with an average delivery time between 3–14 business days. Depending on the season, destination, and freight services, additional delays may occur beyond the initial 14 business days.

Non-Continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii)

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs higher costs due to increased carrier charges. Please note that shipping rates for these regions are not fixed.

Orders to these regions will first be shipped to our warehouse from the manufacturer. We will dispatch them after additional shipping fees are collected.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 14 business days from the time of shipment preparation. Additional delays may occur depending on location and shipping conditions.

U.S. Territories and Other Regions

We currently do not offer direct shipping to U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other regions outside of the 50 states.

However, if you require shipping to any of these locations, we are happy to assist in arranging third-party shipping. Please contact cs@1laser.com, and our team will help you obtain a quote and coordinate your shipment.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving payment. Orders are not dispatched, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Dispatch typically takes place within 48 hours after the order is processed.

Oversea Purchase Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

To ensure a smooth shipping experience and minimize issues during ocean freight:

  • Our Shipping Concierge will contact you via email before shipment to confirm your address.
  • Once confirmed, your order will be staged and prepared for shipment.
  • Once the shipment departs, you’ll receive a follow-up email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 weeks for full tracking updates.
  • Delays may occur due to fleet availability or the timing of your confirmation, but we’ll support you every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Due to carrier limitations, certain large or heavy items may have additional shipping restrictions.

Ocean Freight Time Frame

To minimize domestic freight time and final-mile delivery costs, we arrange ocean freight shipments to the nearest major port based on your location.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • West Coast: 15 – 45 days
  • Central U.S.: 30 – 60 days
  • East Coast: 45 – 75 days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and subject to variations due to:

  • Port congestion or vessel availability
  • Routing changes by carriers
  • Customs clearance or documentation delays
  • Weather or natural disruptions
  • Final-mile freight scheduling or coordination

Parcel Shipping

Accessories and warranty replacement parts are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, location, and shipping method selected. Large items may be shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload).

Order Processing:
Accessories and warranty parts follow the same 3–5 business day processing time.
If an item is out of stock, it will be automatically placed on backorder and shipped once available.

Extended Lead Times:
Some components may require longer processing due to sourcing complexity or international delays if not in our domestic warehouse. These are handled case-by-case.

Damages & Lost Shipments

While OneLaser is not liable for damages or losses during transit, we will support you in recovering lost or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, fails to arrive, or is delayed, please retain all packaging materials and contact us to file a claim.
Our shipping team will assist you throughout the process.

Final-Mile Shipping Delays

We use LTL freight carriers with liftgate service for most deliveries. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Terminal congestion or carrier route changes
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Missed transfer points or trailer capacity
  • Customer availability or access issues
  • Documentation or freight scheduling problems

Important Notes:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
  • Any storage, redelivery, or holding fees due to customer unavailability are the customer's responsibility.

Order Fulfillment

Order Fulfillment means the order has been processed, packed, and shipped, and a valid tracking number has been issued.

Once fulfilled, the following applies:

  • Cancellation Restrictions: Orders cannot be canceled once fulfilled.
  • Customer Responsibility: You must ensure someone is available at delivery and communicate with the carrier. Any extra fees due to failed delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Disputes: Any chargebacks filed post-fulfillment may be deemed fraudulent. We reserve the right to recover costs and take legal action.
  • Return Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange per our return policy and within the allowed window.

Special Delivery Requirements (Equipment Rental, Towing Service)

Hydra 13 / Hydra 16 (Large Unit) Delivery & Offloading Policy

Hydra 13 and Hydra 16 machines are industrial-grade systems that unable to perform curbside delivery and require specialized delivery accommodations due to their size and weight.

1. Offloading Requirements

All deliveries of Hydra 13 and Hydra 16 units require one of the following at the delivery location:

  • A commercial loading dock, or
  • A forklift equipped with extended forks capable of safely unloading the machine from the freight truck

These models are not compatible with standard residential curbside delivery conditions.

2. Limited Access and Additional Services

If the delivery location has restricted access due to geography, space limitations, carrier constraints, or lack of appropriate unloading equipment, additional services may be required, including but not limited to:

  • Forklift rental
  • Flatbed Tow truck assistance
  • Specialized unloading support

Any additional services arranged to complete delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Typical flatbed tow service costs range from $250–$600, depending on location and distance.

3. Rural and Remote Location Fees

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may be subject to additional carrier surcharges and extended service fees. These charges, if applicable, will be billed to the customer.

4. Delivery Coordination

OneLaser Customer Service will email the customer prior to dispatching the unit to provide offloading instructions and assist with coordinating any necessary special delivery arrangements.

By placing an order for Hydra 13 or Hydra 16, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for meeting all delivery and unloading requirements outlined above.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Once a deposit is received, the product will be shipped as soon as possible. The remaining balance is due within 30 days. If not paid within that time, the order may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
