Shipping Regions and Rates

Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States)
We offer Fixed Rate Shipping for all orders shipped to the lower 48 states. This rate is designed to provide cost-effective delivery and is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment.
- Fixed Rate Shipping: Unit dimensions, weight, and location are pre-calculated. However, if a larger unit requires a forklift or towing service, these additional costs will not be included in the total shipping cost. Our shipping concierge will confirm this with you, and any additional equipment rental fees will be the customer's responsibility.
- Estimated Delivery Time: From the time payment is made, it typically takes a few days to prepare your order for shipment with an average delivery time of around 14 business days. Depending on the season, destination and freight services, additional delays may occur beyond the initial 14 business days.

Non-Continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii)
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incurs higher costs due to increased carrier charges. Please note that shipping rates for these regions are set at a fixed rate.

U.S. Territories and Other Regions
We currently do not offer direct shipping to U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other regions outside of the 50 states. However, if you require shipping to any of these locations, we are happy to assist in arranging third-party shipping. Please reach out to sales@1laser.com and our team will help you getting an estimate and facilitate your shipment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3~5 business day after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
To ensure a smooth shipping experience and minimize potential issues, our Shipping Concierge will contact you via email before shipment to confirm your address, order, and shipping details.Once confirmed, your order will be staged and prepared for shipment. Within 48~72 hours after the courier picks up your package, you'll receive a follow-up email with tracking information. Please allow up to a week for the tracking to fully update. Delays may occur due to fleet availability or timing of your confirmation, but rest assured-we'll be here with you every step of the way!
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Due to carrier limitations, certain large or heavy items may have additional shipping restrictions.
Damages, Lost, Delay Shipments
OneLaser is not liable for shipment delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, or if there are any shipment delays, please contact us directly to file a claim. For returns or exchanges of damaged products, please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim. Our shipping team will assist you with the process and provide further instructions.
Special Delivery Requirements (Equipment Rental, Towing Service)
Our Hydra 14 & Hydra 16 is equiped and deliver with tow service for delivery by default. In rare cases, due to the geographic location, machine size, or weight, our PremiumLTL delivery service may not be able to reach your doorstep or designated area. In such situations,additional costs may apply for equipment rentals, such as forklifts for offloading the machine or towing services to transport it from the terminal hub to your destination. These extra expenses are the customer's responsibility. Our shipping concierge will coordinate with you and provide the total additional cost required to complete the delivery. Once the payment is made, the order will be processed for shipment.
Please note that rural or remote locations may also incur additional fees.
